Why we do it
Recognizing the extent and demand for specialist service provision in the locale, we are conscious of the difficulties and constraints often faced by families and individuals who wish to access specific resources. Sporting NRG Limited was established in 2006 to address these issues directly, while broadening the scope of provision offered at a local level.
We understand that everybody's needs will differ and to meet these challenges effectively requires a personalized, flexible, and responsive approach. Above all else, we're passionate about the work in which we're involved and this is reflected in the results we achieve, the friendships we sustain and the consistently positive feedback we receive from all our clients.
What we do
We are a specialist service provider offering bespoke supervision, training and outreach support to children, young people and adults, living within the Blackburn with Darwen catchment. We work in close partnership with individuals, families, schools and colleges, community groups and relevant local authority and government agencies, to deliver a structured, year-round programme of social, sporting and recreational activities, tailored to suit the specific needs of our clientele. We aim to promote opportunities for enrichment, social interaction and personal development by facilitating access to a range of rewarding and enjoyable experiences, in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. As a company, we are privileged in terms of the resources we have at our disposal, By this, of course, we're referring to our staff, upon whose dedication, skills and experience we rely, in order to maintain the quality of service and customer care for which we are renowned.
We are a small, highly motivated team of professionals headed by three managing directors, each a specialist in their respective field. By drawing upon the talents and expertise of teachers, sports coaches, instructors, teaching assistants, learning mentors, nursery nurses, outreach support and administrative staff, we have gained an unrivaled reputation amongst our clients; a reputation of which we're very proud, and one which we strive to maintain through continued professional development, accreditation and industry-specific training.
Like all good teams, we don't rest on our laurels; we learn equally from success and failure, and have strength in depth.
Sporting NRG Limited is an equal opportunities employer. We are determined to ensure that no applicants or employees receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of age, sex, disability, religious belief, marital status, colour, race or ethnic origins, nor will they be disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.
